A wise man observed that “the mind, once expanded by an idea, can never return to its original shape.”  Few influences affect our ideas more than the literature we read, and never before has it been so easy to access literature of all types than it is today.  The books which Christian families embrace now will mold the future of the next generation.  We want our minds to be expanded by literature of the highest quality, but also of the highest innocence.  It is only by combining the wisdom of serpents with the harmlessness of doves that we can achieve this goal.

The creators of Sheep Among Wolves have spent the last two decades in a quest for literature which is both great and good—books that provide the best of English writing, and embrace the highest of Christian standards.  Such books are not easy to find, but they do exist, and SAW Publishing is committed to bringing them to Christian families across the globe.

Our aim in life is to be set apart from the ways of the world, to resist the draw to become one of the wolves, and to fulfil the intent of Christ to “purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works”. (Titus 2:14)
